LA and Lots, and lots, and lots, of modulars. Tight deadlines. Way too many supervisors on site. Lots of suffering people waiting to have some type of home again. Lots, and lots, and lots of OSHA steps and ADA ramps like the ones seen to the right installed really fast, really well, and ahead of schedule.
